Registration and Abstract Submission deadline: August 15, 2025

The 11th Annual Neuroscience Conference (11ANC) is scheduled for September 24, 2025, at the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Atta-ur-Rahman School of Applied Biosciences, Islamabad.

Abstract Submission & Registration Details:

  1. If you are presenting your work, submit the registration fee and your abstract.
    A non-refundable registration fee for the presenters (posters and oral) is 2000 PKR.
    Oral presentations: Abstract for oral presentations can be any type of research (recently published work, unpublished work, literature search and analysis, meta-analysis, and bibliometric analysis, etc.). It will undergo a review process. Few abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.
    Poster presentations: Abstract for poster presentations can be any type of research (recently published work, unpublished work, literature search and analysis, meta-analysis, and bibliometric analysis, etc.). It will undergo a review process. A few abstracts will be selected for poster presentation.
  2. If you are participating as a participant only, complete this registration form, submit the registration fee, and submit this form while attaching proofs.
    Registration fee for the participants is 1000 PKR, which is non-refundable.
    Note: In replacement for the abstract, attach the word file saying that you are not presenting.
  3. Acceptance of the abstract for oral and poster presentations will be announced after 30 August 2025.
  4. There are limited slots available for “oral”, “poster”, and “participation” in the conference due to the limited space. Therefore, do not delay, register as soon as possible.
